School Nurse
SPPS Student Health and Wellness provides nursing services to students to enhance educational achievement through the modification or removal of health-related barriers to learning. The goal of the program is to assist students to be self-sufficient in managing their health care within age-appropriate expectations thereby preparing all students for life.
Please contact the health office as soon as possible at 651-888-7652 if your child has any health conditions (asthma, diabetes, anaphylaxis/allergies, seizure disorder, ADHD, etc.). Nursing services are also available if you need any resources (i.e. help obtaining health insurance, dental services, or medication for your child) or educational materials on health-related problems.
We need paperwork from you every year if your child has Asthma, Anaphylaxis/Severe Allergies, Diabetes, a Seizure Disorder or needs to take Medication at School. These forms will allow us to administer medications and consult with your child’s healthcare provider when needed. Please use the links below to access the necessary paperwork.
